The Practitioners
Helen established Wenham Osteopathy in 2014.
Helen is your friendly local osteopath, combining her extensive (20 plus years) experience with a friendly and professional approach to treatment.
Helen graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1998 and worked in local Osteopathic practices in Northamptonshire before opening her own clinic in 2000. This practice grew from strength to strength, supporting three Osteopaths and was well known in the area, receiving referrals from the local GPs.
Helen relocated to Rogate with her family in 2014 and took the opportunity to open a new local Osteopathic clinic. She also works at The Therapy Rooms, Cowdray Hall, Easebourne, Midhurst.

Helen recently completed a course in clinic-based Pilates, enabling her to give Pilates based exercises focussing on the individual needs of each patient, which will support the osteopathic treatment they have received.
Prior to studying Osteopathy, Helen graduated from Bath University with a degree in Physics and subsequently studied for a Masters degree in Bioengineering at Strathclyde University. Helen attends regular conferences and workshops to continue her learning. She is a keen runner and cyclist when time permits, being a mother of three children. Since moving to the Rogate area, she also has quite a collection of animals to look after too!
