Please be considerate if you no longer need your appointment. We may have patients waiting, and could offer them your slot, if you let us know in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged as above.

We ask you to pay at the end of each appointment to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards (excluding American Express), cash or cheque (payable to H E Mathieson) or by bank transfer.

Private Health Insurance?

​

We are covered by all major medical insurance providers, including AXA PPP and BUPA. (We are on their recommended osteopaths network).  If you are covered by Private Health Insurance, please check with the insurance company before your appointment as they may require a referral from your GP.  Whenever possible, we ask that you pay for your treatment at each session, and we will issue you a receipt for you to claim fees back from your insurers.
